What we collect

When you ask for an estimate we collect your name, your mobile number, your vehicle year, make and model, a description of the damage, any photographs you send us, and what the vehicle is for. We collect it because without it we cannot give you an accurate answer.

Text messages

If you tick the consent box on an estimate form, you agree to receive text messages from Dent Solutions NW at the number you provided, including your estimate and follow-up about your repair. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.

We record the exact consent wording shown to you, the time you agreed to it, and the page you agreed on, so that both of us have an accurate record of what was agreed.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your information. Not to anyone, for any reason.
• We do not share your mobile number or your consent to be texted with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.
• We do not use your photographs in advertising without asking you first.

Who we do share it with

Only where it is needed to do the work you asked for: the messaging provider that carries our texts, and, if you are making a claim, your insurance company. They receive only what is needed for that purpose.

How long we keep it

Estimate enquiries and repair records are kept for as long as we need them for our business records and to honour any obligation on work we have carried out.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. To ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted, call (206) 890-6456 or write to us at the address above and we will deal with it.

Changes

If this policy changes we will post the new version on this page.
